可分割性. 37.1 Any provision in the Agreement which is illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason in any jurisdiction shall be ineffective only to the extent of such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability and shall not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof or the legality, validity or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction.
