在不影響第3. 5至第3.11條的情況下，客戶必須於以太證券提出要求後，立即滿足或履行有關保證金要求的催繳或付款要求。客戶須應要求為以太證券提供資金或金錢或為以太證券作出安排，使以太證券及時獲提供資金或金錢，以讓以太證券能夠清償因為就保證金帳戶而進行交投、買賣或交易所招致或將招致的任何負債。客戶須應要求，向以太證券償付其因為就保證金帳戶而完成交投、買賣或交易所招致的所有成本及開支，及/或支付或清償保證金帳戶下的任何未清償款項。 3.4 Ether is not liable to pay interest on the moneys or funds paid to or received by Ether in respect of the Margin Account whether on deposit or however described. Ether is entitled to retain for its own benefit any interest or other realized income or increase in value earned or received in respect of such moneys or funds. Ether is entitled to charge and the Client agrees to pay interest to Ether in respect of any Deficit or any moneys or funds otherwise owing to Ether at any time at such rates and on such other terms as Ether notifies the Client from time to time or failing such notification at a rate equivalent to eight per cent (8%) above the prevailing prime or best lending rate for Hong Kong dollars of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited or other bank as determined by Ether from time to time. Interest shall be payable on the last day of each calendar month or forthwith upon demand by Ether.
