除本合同第6. 1.1条的约定外，出质人舍弃出质的股权或未获得质权人书面同意而擅自转让或意图转让出质的股权；和 Except as expressly stipulated in Section 6.1.1, Pledgor transfers or purports to transfer or abandons the Equity Interest pledged or assigns the Equity Interest pledged without the written consent of Pledgee; and
