(formerly, The Dreyfus Sustainable U.S. Equity Portfolio, Inc.), BNY Mellon Stock Index Fund, Inc. (formerly, Dreyfus Stock Index Fund) (each, a “Fund”); and BNY Mellon Investment Adviser, Inc.
