FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED FUND ADMINISTRATION SERVICING AGREEMENT
FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED
THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT effective as of December 13, 2021, to the Amended and Restated Fund Administration Servicing Agreement, dated as of July 30, 2018 (the "Agreement"), is entered into by and among Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx & Co. Incorporated, a Wisconsin corporation (the "Advisor"), Baird Funds, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation (the “Company”) and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("USBFS").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the parties have entered into an Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Company intends to create additional funds; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend said Agreement to update the list of funds; and
WHEREAS, Section 11 of the Agreement allows for its amendment by a written instrument executed by the parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
Exhibit A of the Agreement is hereby superseded and replaced in its entirety with Exhibit A attached hereto.
Except to the extent amended hereby, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Fourth Amendment to be executed by a duly authorized officer on one or more counterparts as of the date and year first written above.
