NEW YORK, NEW YORK, April 18, 2022 – Griffon Corporation (“Griffon” or the “Company”) (NYSE:GFF) has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Telephonics Corporation (“Telephonics”) to TTM Technologies, Inc. (“TTM”) (NASDAQ:TTMI) for $330 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close within the second calendar quarter of 2022, subject to certain closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
