AMENDMENT NO. 12
TO
SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED
MASTER ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Amendment dated as of [December 18, 2017], amends the Second Amended and Restated Master Administrative Services Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated July 1, 2006, by and between Invesco Advisers, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and AIM Growth Series (Invesco Growth Series), a Delaware statutory trust, is hereby amended as follows:
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement to add Invesco Target Date 2015 Fund, Invesco Target Date 2020 Fund, Invesco Target Date 2025 Fund, Invesco Target Date 2030 Fund, Invesco Target Date 2035 Fund, Invesco Target Date 2040 Fund, Invesco Target Date 2045 Fund, Invesco Target Date 2050 Fund, Invesco Target Date 2055 Fund, Invesco Target Date 2060 Fund, Invesco Target Date 2065 Fund, Invesco Target Date Retirement Now Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree that:
1. Appendix A of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

All other terms and provisions of the Agreement not amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
