AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO
Amendment No. 1 dated as of July 16, 2010 to the Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective April 8, 2005, between XXXXX FARGO VARIABLE TRUST (the “Trust”); XXXXX FARGO FUNDS DISTRIBUTOR, LLC (the “Distributor”); and MONUMENTAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (previously, Peoples Benefit Life Insurance Company (the “Company”)).
1. Schedule 1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
