Reference is made to the Employment Agreement between Olympus Pacific Minerals Inc. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx dated January 1, 2008 (the “Employment Agreement”). The Employment Agreement is hereby amended by extending the term of the agreement until June 30, 2012. In addition, Schedule “B” to the Employment Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with the attached Schedule “B”.
