The following patented lode mining claims located in Section 00 Xxxxxxxx 0 Xxxxx, Xxxxx 0 Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx, as depicted on Mineral Survey No. 1706, dated November 11, 1902 (a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A).

The above claims consist of approximately 99.419 acres.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, with their appurtenances unto the said Xxxxxxx, heirs and assigns forever. And the said Grantor does hereby covenant to and with the said Grantee, that it is the owner in fee simple of said premises; that no encumbrances were initiated during the ownership of the undersigned nor is the undersigned aware of any such.

And that Grantor will warrant and defend the same against every person lawfully claiming by, through, or under Grantor, but not otherwise.
