Park, as Landlord, and Saliva Diagnostic Systems as Tenant, for the premises
located at 11719 NE. 00xx XX., Xxxxx(x) #X, X, X & H, and 11800 NE. 00xx XX.,
Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 is hereby amended solely as hereinafter
described:
