APPENDIX B
TO INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
This Amended and Restated Appendix B, as amended May 18, 2017 (“Appendix B”) to the Xxxxxxx & Xxxx Advisors Funds Investment Management Agreement dated January 30, 2009, as amended and restated May 15, 2017 (the “Agreement”), is effective as of May 18, 2017, and supersedes any prior Appendix B to the Agreement.
