AMENDMENT TO PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Amendment to the Participation Agreement among ReliaStar Life Insurance
Company of New York, Variable Insurance Product Fund (the "Fund") and Fidelity
Distributors Corporation (the "Underwriter") dated March 9, 1995 (the
"Agreement").
