TO THE INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

THIS AMENDMENT to Exhibit A to the Investment Management Agreement between DELAWARE GROUP INCOME FUNDS and DELAWARE MANAGEMENT COMPANY, a series of Delaware Management Business Trust (the "Investment Manager"), entered into as of the 29^th day of September, 1999 (the “Agreement”), amended as of the 29^th day of September, 2009, lists the Funds for which the Investment Manager provides investment management services pursuant to the Agreement, along with the management fee rate schedule for each Fund and the date on which the Agreement became effective for each Fund.
