FEES PAYABLE TO THE MANAGER PURSUANT TO REVISED SCHEDULE A TO THE INVESTMENT
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT SHALL BE CALCULATED AT THE FOLLOWING ANNUAL RATES UNTIL
SUCH TIME AS THIS ATTACHMENT 1 IS FURTHER REVISED.
