AMENDMENT TO BILL OF SALE
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), cash in hand
paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, XXXXX X.
XXXXXXX, XX., has this day bargained and sold and does hereby sell, assign, convey,
transfer and deliver to SNAPSHOT, INC. all of its right, title and interest in
and to the property set forth in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said SNAPSHOT, INC., his heirs,
administrators, executors, successors and assigns forever.
XXXXX X. XXXXXXX, XX. further covenants with said SNAPSHOT, INC. SR. that it
is lawfully seized and possessed of the property set forth in Exhibit "A" attached
thereto and that it has a good right to convey same.
PARTIES acknowledge that part of the consideration herein, SNAPSHOT, INC.
shall pay to XXXXX X. XXXXXXX, XX. the sum of $270,000 payable $250,000 on December
31, 2001 and $20,000 payable on May 1, 2002.
SAID property is being sold "AS IS" and XXXXX X. XXXXXXX, XX. makes no warranty
as to the condition of any and/or all of said property.
