WHEREAS, the Trust desires to amend the Agreement to remove Invesco Xxxxxxxxxxx Mid Cap Value Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree that;
1.Exhibit A to the Contract is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
