AMENDMENT NO. 1
This first AMENDMENT, effective as of March 1, 2000, is to the
Manufacturing and Supply Agreement executed on May 28,1999 (hereafter
"AGREEMENT"), as amended between Allergan Sales, Inc., a California corporation,
on behalf of itself and its affiliates ("Allergan"), having an address at 0000
Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000 and Xxxx Zeiss, Inc., a New York
corporation, on behalf of its Xxxxxxxx Systems Division ("Xxxxxxxx"), having an
address at 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000.
This AGREEMENT, is hereby amended as follows:
1. Section 3 - Pricing and Payment; article 3.1 Determination of
