ELEVENTH AMENDMENT TO
This Eleventh Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Distribution Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of the 1st day of March 2018 by and between American Beacon Funds and American Beacon Select Funds, each a Massachusetts business trust that acts as an open-end investment company (the “Client”), and Resolute Investment Distributors, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Resolute”) is entered into as of September 10, 2020 (the “Effective Date”).
The attached amended and restated Schedule 1 adds the American Beacon NIS Core Plus Bond Fund and is hereby incorporated into the Agreement, as amended, on behalf of each Fund of a Trust listed on Schedule 1 hereto, as may be amended from time to time (each, a “Fund”), and supersedes any prior Schedule 1 to the Agreement.
