In accordance with Article 17 of the Transfer Agency and Service Agreement, dated February 1, 2001 (the “Agreement”), between Credit Suisse Capital Funds (the “Trust”)/Credit Suisse Institutional Funds (the “Corporation”) and Boston Financial Data Services, Inc.
