1. On May 20, 2015, the Board of Xxxxx Fargo Funds Trust approved an advisory fee change to the Absolute Return Fund. Effective September 1, 2015, the advisory fees will be: First 1B 0.225%; Next 4B 0.20%; Next 5B 0.175%; Next 10B 0.165% and Over 20B 0.16%.
