NINTH AMENDMENT TO
This Ninth Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Distribution Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of the 1st day of March 2018 by and between American Beacon Funds and American Beacon Select Funds, each a Massachusetts business trust that acts as an open-end investment company (the “Client”), and Resolute Investment Distributors, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Resolute”) is entered into as of April 30, 2020 (the “Effective Date”).
The attached amended and restated Schedule I (a) changes the name of the Institutional Class to R5 Class for all applicable Funds and (b) removes the American Beacon Acadian Emerging Markets Managed Volatility, American Beacon Alpha Quant Core, American Beacon Alpha Quant Dividend, American Beacon Alpha Quant Quality, and American Beacon Alpha Quant Value Funds is hereby incorporated into the Agreement, as amended, on behalf of each Fund of a Trust listed on Schedule I hereto, as may be amended from time to time (each, a “Fund”), and American Beacon Advisors, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and supersedes any prior Schedule I to the Agreement.
