Attached is a revised Appendix A to the Amended and Restated Transfer Agency Agreement dated June 18, 2002, as is further amended from time to time (the “Agreement”), between Janus Investment Fund (the “Trust”) and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Services US LLC (“Janus Services”). The purpose of the revision is to reflect the establishment and designation of Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Sustainable Multi-Asset Allocation Fund as a new series of the Trust effective on or about August 15, 2022.
Pursuant to Section 9 of the Agreement, the Trust hereby requests that Janus Services acknowledge its acceptance of the terms contained in the revised Appendix.
