SECOND AMENDMENT TO DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

SECOND AMENDMENT TO
Second Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Distribution Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of the 1st day of March, 2018 by and between American Beacon Funds and American Beacon Select Funds, each a Massachusetts business trust that acts as an open-end investment company (the “Client”), and Resolute Investment Distributors, Inc., a Delaware limited liability company (“Resolute”).
The attached amended and restated Schedule I to change the name of the American Beacon Global Evolution Frontier Markets Income Fund to the American Beacon Frontier Markets Income Fund is hereby incorporated into the Agreement, as amended, on behalf of each Fund of a Trust listed on Schedule I hereto, as may be amended from time to time (each, a “Fund”), and American Beacon Advisors, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and supersedes any prior Schedule I to the Agreement.
