This agreement shall be known as “The BIAV Stutys Bakehouse Collective Agreement 2007” between Gaggs (Holdings) Pty Ltd (ABN 12 100 160 709) (“the Employer”) and those employees employed at Unit 3, 91 High Street, Broadford Vic. 3658 ( “the Employees”).
