This Addendum effective 01-Jan-2020 (“Effective Date”) to the Tour Operator Marketing Agreement between Alaska Airlines, Inc. and Downtown Travel is notification to extend the term and shall remain in effect for ticketing purchases through 31-Aug-2021.
