AMENDMENT TO INVESTMENT SUBADVISORY AGREEMENT BETWEEN
TRANSAMERICA ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC. AND
XXXXX XXXXXXXXX INVESTORS US LLC
THIS AMENDMENT is dated as of August 1, 2022, to the Investment Subadvisory Agreement dated as of May 30, 2017, as amended, (the “Agreement”), between Transamerica Asset Management, Inc. and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Investors US LLC.
In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Schedule A. Schedule A to the Agreement is hereby deleted entirely and replaced as follows:
