A verbal agreement with our consulting geologist, Xx. Xxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxx, provides that he will review all of the results from the exploratory work performed upon the site and make recommendations based on those results in exchange for payments equal to the usual and customary rates received by geologists performing similar consulting services. The rates charged by geologists with a professional background consistent Xx. xxx Xxxxxxxxx range from between $300 to $500 per day plus travel costs and other out-of-pocket disbursements. We paid our consulting geologist approximately $1,300 for the preparation of the initial Geological Report. Xx. xxx Xxxxxxxxx has advised us that the cost of his report upon the completion of our second year exploration program will be approximately the same amount.
