Effective January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2004, this is an updated Employment
Agreement between Diamond Powersports and Xxxx Xxxxxxx. There will be a
compensation increase to Xxx. Xxxxxxx from last year salary. New salary will be
$65,219.00 Also, Xxx. Xxxxxxx will receive stock at the end of the year in the
amount of 200,000 shares.
The only change for this employment contract is the annual salary update and
stock to be issued.
