This policy and Schedule is a contract between Zenith Horizon Insurance Company Limited and the Insured named in the Schedule. Any proposal and declaration made by or on behalf of the Insured shall be the basis of this Contract and is deemed to be incorporated into the Contract. The Insured having paid the premium required for such insurance in respect of loss or damage occurring during the period of insurance, the Company will indemnify the Insured, subject to the terms, exceptions and conditions of the Policy, for such loss or damage up to the sums Insured or limits of liability as stated in the Policy.
