This Agreement governs the relationship between Yokoy GmbH, Hamerlingplatz 8/17, 1080 Vienna (FN 534254) (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") and its business customers or, where applicable, the user of the VISA Yokoy Corporate Debit Card (hereinafter referred to as "Card"). Integral part of this General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) are the GTCs of our partner Modulr and the GTCs of our Partner Transact Payments Malta Limited (TPML) and Transact Payments Limited (TPL). An overview of our partners and their respective roles can be found in Appendix 1. The GTCs of TPML and TPL in Appendix 3 take precedence over Yokoy’s GTCs in case of conflict between the two documents.
