THIS AGREEMENT, was made and entered into this day of , 2021, by and between the County of Riverside, on behalf of the Fire Department, a political subdivision of the State of California, (hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”) and the City of Indio, City of La Quinta, and the City of Coachella, each a duly created city (hereinafter each a “CITY” and collectively the “CITIES”). COUNTY and CITIES are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
