SIDE LETTER BETWEEN LAMC AND AGMASide Letter • August 30th, 2023
The Los Angeles Master Chorale Association (LAMC or EMPLOYER) and the American Guild of Musical Artists (AGMA) hereby agree that with respect to the MUSIC TO ACCOMPANY A DEPARTURE PROJECT (MTAD), more specifically defined herein, the terms and conditions of the Standard Concert Singers Collective Bargaining Agreement (AGREEMENT) currently in effect shall apply unless expressly modified herein. The following express terms and conditions shall be applicable to MTAD and shall supersede and take precedence over any conflicting provisions in the COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT.
