This Option Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated February 16, 2016, and is entered into in Shenzhen, People’s Republic of China (“PRC” or “China”) between and among Anhui Avi-Trip Technology Co., Ltd. (“Party A”); the undersigned shareholders Jie Weiwei and Han Yanliang of Party A(collectively the “Shareholder”); and Jie Run Consulting and Management Co., Ltd. (“Party B”).
