STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASEPurchase Contract • August 15th, 2024
The rights and obligations under Purchase Contracts, Contracts for Work or contracts with similar contents (hereinafter referred to only as the "Purchase Contract"), the subject of which is delivery of goods and/or provision of services (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods") entered between Mergon Mexico, (hereinafter referred to as "Mergon" or the "Buyer") as the Buyer/Customer, and the Seller/Contractor/Supplier (hereinafter referred to only as the "Seller"), shall conform, in addition to the contract itself, also to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions of Purchase"). The Seller´s Sales Terms and Conditions (including their modifications and amendments), differing from these Purchase Terms and Conditions, may only be applied only when accepted expressly and in writing by Mergon for a particular contract relationship as part of the Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
