THIS AGREEMENT effective this 1st day of April, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”) by and between Managed Access to Child Health, Inc. d/b/a Partnership for Child Health, with offices located at 910 North Jefferson Street Jacksonville, Florida 32209, (hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor") and the University of Florida, on behalf of its Board of Trustees, a public body corporate of the State of Florida with a principal place of business located at 207 Grinter Hall, Gainesville, FL 32611-5500 (“University”).
