This letter between the Regents of the University of Colorado, a body corporate, on behalf of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (hereinafter UCCS) and ARCHAEOLOGICAL CRM FIRM HERE (hereinafter FIRM) serves to document both parties’ intent to negotiate in a good faith an Agreement for the Seyhan Dwelis Curation Facility at the UCCS Department of Anthropology to curate the materials collected by FIRM for work done in Colorado Springs, southeast and/or southcentral Colorado only in accordance with our permit to hold collections from state lands. The Seyhan Dwelis Curation Facility is a federally and state approved curation facility.
