MiBroadband and its subsidiaries (hereinafter "MIBB") are pleased to provide MIBB Service to you in accordance with these terms and conditions. This is a legal document which governs MIBB Service provided to subscribers for noncommercial use. Incorporated into this document in their entirety, by reference, are the MIBB Product Acceptable Use Policy at www.yourlocal.coop, MIBB installation documents and MIBB products and services pricing documents. Both the terms and conditions herein and any of the incorporated policies or documents may be changed from time to time, without notice. Subscriber's use of the MIBB Service shall be deemed an acknowledgment that Subscriber has read and agreed to this Service Agreement.
