This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) made and entered into by and between the City of Greensboro, on behalf of its Emergency Communications Division, also known as Guilford- Metro 911 (hereafter referred to as “GM911”), Guilford County, on behalf if its Emergency Services (hereafter referred to as “COUNTY”) and the City of High Point, on behalf of its Emergency 911 Center (hereafter referred to as “CITY of HIGH POINT”).
