This Interlocal Agreement for Conservation Funding of Fire Department Training Simulators (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of 2019 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Southern Nevada Water Authority, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada (“Authority”), the City of Henderson, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Nevada (“Henderson”), the city of Las Vegas, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Nevada (“Las Vegas”), the City of North Las Vegas, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Nevada (“North Las Vegas”), and the County of Clark, State of Nevada, established pursuant to NRS 243 (“County”). The Authority, Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and County are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
