This user agreement is a contract between (hereinafter the “Agreement”) the subscriber (hereinafter the “Subscriber”) and Coinpay.cr (hereinafter the “Company”) governing the use of the website Coinpay.cr (hereinafter the “Website”), the account that you create at the Website (the “Account”) and the Company services (the “Services”). Whether the subscriber is an individual or business company, the subscriber must NOT be organized in, operating in, or be a resident of, the United States of America or one of its territories in order to open an Account.
