This SentinelOne Solutions Agreement is entered into as of the date of the last party to sign below (the “Effective Date”) by and between Sentinel Labs Inc. (“SentinelOne”) and ___________________ (“Customer”, or “____________”). In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
