This Data Processing Addendum (this “DPA”) forms part of the XtendLive Terms of Service Agreement (https://shop.xtendlive.com/docs/terms-of-service-agreement.pdf) or other written or electronic agreement that includes a link or express reference incorporating this DPA into the terms of such agreement, entered into between XtendLive, Inc. (“XtendLive”) and the Customer (as defined below) (the “Agreement”). This DPA sets forth each party’s respective obligations regarding the processing of Personal Data in connection with the Services provided pursuant to the Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined in this DPA shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
