This Employment Agreement for Superintendent of School for Washoe County School District (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this 8th day of July 2024, (“Effective Date”) by and between the Board of Trustees of the Washoe County School District (“Board”), a body corporate created pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes (“NRS”) 386.110 on behalf of the Washoe County School District (“District”), a political subdivision of the State of Nevada, created pursuant to NRS 386.010 and Joseph Ernst, an individual (“Superintendent”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
