A company of any sort involves different levels of ability, experience, and strength. Although for every company, there is always one common goal, to create a quality product. What does that mean for Ballet Royale? It means that we as a group will work together, rather than soloists to create quality dancers within a mentor system, that exude proper technique, respectful behavior, and undoubting dedication. This requires one thing more than any other, COMMITMENT, by the Artistic Director, The studio, and the Dancer. Therefore this contract is for all of us, we must all uphold our best behavior, work our hardest, and respect our commitment to the art of ballet.
