This Agreement contains important information regarding the terms and conditions which apply to your account(s) with Canadian ShareOwner Investments Inc. (the Firm), which provides accounts under multiple divisions, including (i) custody accounts for managed account services (Wealthsimple Invest) offered by its affiliate, Wealthsimple Inc. (WSI), (ii) Wealthsimple Trade and (iii) custody accounts for other affiliated businesses (ShareOwner Custody). By submitting a request to open one or more accounts at Wealthsimple, you are agreeing that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
