The rental fee is $200 plus a $100 security deposit. An additional rental fee of $100 plus a security deposit of $100 if a tent is erected on the grounds. The security deposit(s) will be shredded or returned following the use of the Clubhouse, provided nothing has been damaged and the premises are returned to their pre-use state, including the return of the key(s) by the renter. Payment must be made in two separate checks and received prior to the rental date. The deposit check will be shredded or returned if there is no damage. Checks shall be made payable to the BRCA.
