THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of , 2011 by and between the Cheyenne Metropolitan Planning Organization, hereinafter referred to as the "MPO" and Felsburg Holt & Ullevig, hereinafter referred to as "Consultant." The City of Cheyenne is acting as the agent of the MPO for the contract administration and as the MPO’s Fiscal Manager in accordance with Contract #2624.
