On February 25, 2022, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) filed an executed Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (WMPA) among PJM, Costen Solar Inc (Costen Solar), and Delmarva Power & Light Company (DPL) (Costen Solar WMPA), designated as Original Service Agreement No. 6374.1 PJM states that it is filing the Costen Solar WMPA because Costen Solar requested interconnection of its generating facility connected to DPL’s non-jurisdictional distribution facilities to engage in wholesale sales in the PJM markets. PJM requests that the agreement be accepted effective January 26, 2022.
