The undersigned (the "Subscriber") hereby irrevocably subscribes for and agrees to purchase the number of common shares set forth below in the capital of the Issuer ("Common Shares"), for the subscription price of (Cdn.) $0.10 per Common Share, representing the aggregate consideration set forth below (the "Subscription Amount"), upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the attached "General Provisions" (together with this page and the attached schedules, the "Subscription Agreement"). The Subscriber agrees that the Issuer (and its legal counsel) may rely upon the representations, warranties and covenants of the Subscriber contained in this Subscription Agreement.
